Luna Claude Ads Privacy & Data Deletion

This privacy notice applies to Luna Claude Ads, an internal tool used only to manage Luna's own Meta accounts, advertising and Page content. It is operated by Luna. It is not offered to other businesses or to shoppers as a login application.

Information the tool uses

When Luna's authorized operator connects a Meta account, the tool uses the account information and permissions granted through Meta. This may include profile and account identifiers, business and Page identifiers, advertising settings, campaign and ad records, images, ad copy, Page content, tracking configuration and related performance reports. Access depends on the permissions granted by the account owner.

Why information is used

Information is used to carry out Luna's authorized requests, including reviewing advertising settings, uploading approved media, creating and managing campaigns and ads, managing approved Page content and reviewing results. The tool is limited to Luna's own accounts. Luna does not sell information obtained through this tool.

Storage and services involved

The current workflow stores Meta access tokens encrypted for the operator's Windows user account. Campaign settings, media, working records and API responses are stored locally on Luna's operator-controlled computer. Meta processes the information needed for its services. OpenAI's ChatGPT and Codex assistant tools are used to carry out authorized work and may process the information supplied for that work. Information processed by these services is also subject to their own privacy terms.

Retention

Local working records remain until Luna's operator deletes them; the current workflow has no automatic deletion schedule. Access tokens may expire or be revoked. Revoking access stops future authorized access but does not itself delete saved local records or records held by Meta or other service providers. Those records must be handled separately.

Access, revocation and data deletion

The Meta account owner can remove the app through Meta's Business Integrations or app-permission settings. To request access to or deletion of information held locally by Luna for this tool, contact Luna through the Contact Us page and identify the request as “Luna Claude Ads data deletion” or “Luna Claude Ads data access”. Include the relevant account or Page name so Luna can identify the records. Do not send passwords, access tokens or payment details.

Luna will verify that the requester is authorized before handling a request. Requests to delete local app records are handled by Luna's account owner. Information held by Meta, OpenAI or another service provider is subject to that provider's controls and retention terms; deleting Luna's local copy does not delete the provider's records.
