Luna Refund & Exchange Policy
The shipping company does not allow picking some items and returning others. Customers must either accept the entire package or return it in full.
1. Eligibility for Refunds & Exchanges

Refunds or exchanges are allowed within 14 days of receiving your order.

The item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.

Soirée dresses are FINAL SALE once accepted from the courier. If you're unsatisfied with the size or style, you must refuse delivery or return the item with the courier immediately. We only accept exchanges for different sizes, not refunds.
2. Return Process

Step 1: Notify us within 14 days of delivery on any of our Social Media accounts.

Step 2: Courier will be in contact with you to collect the item.

Step 3: Once we inspect and approve the return, we will process your refund.
3. Shipping & Fees

Customer covers return shipping costs, except in cases where:

The item is defective.

You received the wrong item or size.

Refunds will be issued via InstaPay or Wallet.
4. Inspection at Delivery

You may inspect your order while the courier is present.

Soirée dresses are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned unless there is a defect or error on our part. Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if there are any issues.
6. Refund Processing Time

Refunds are processed within 3 business days after we receive and approve the returned item(s).
