Luna Refund & Exchange Policy

 

The shipping company does not allow picking some items and returning others.
Customers must either accept the entire package or return it in full.

 


Doorstep Inspection

- Customers may review their order while the courier is at the doorstep.

- In case of returning, only the shipping fee will be charged.


Refunds & Exchanges

- Refunds or exchanges are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.

Items must be:

- Unworn, Unwashed, In original condition, With tags attached

Exchanges are subject to item availability.


Dresses – Final Sale

- Dresses are FINAL SALE.

- If you do not like the dress, it must be returned immediately with the courier.

- Once accepted from the courier, no returns are allowed.

- Accepted dresses are eligible for size exchange only, subject to availability.


Return Process & Refunds

- Contact us within 14 days of delivery through any of our social media channels.

- A courier will be arranged to collect the item.

- Once the item is inspected and approved, the refund will be processed.

⏳ Refund processing time: 7–10 business days
💳 Refunds are issued via InstaPay or mobile wallet.


Shipping Fees

- Customers are responsible for return shipping fees.

- Shipping fees will only be covered by Luna if:

 • The item is defective

 • The wrong item or size was received
