At Luna, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. We do not offer refunds as a result of items being made by order, but we are happy to facilitate exchanges within the same days of receiving your package. Items eligible for exchange must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached. Please note that shipping costs for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.
