• The item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.

• Soirée dresses are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged with another item once received. ( Can only be exchanged with Different Size )

2. Return Process

• Step 1: Notify us within 14 days of delivery on any of our Social Media accounts.

• Step 2: Courier will be in contact with you to collect the item.

• Step 3: Once we inspect and approve the return, we will process your refund.

3. Shipping & Fees

• Customer covers return shipping costs, except in cases where:

  • The item is defective.

  • You received the wrong item or size.

• Refunds will be issued via InstaPay or Wallet.

4. Inspection at Delivery

• You may inspect your order while the courier is present.

5. Final Sale Items

6. Refund Processing Time
